Hey! There has been some confusion with the new Outdoors Show coming to Camp Jordan. THAT will be a cool event with lots of commercial vendors of outdoor related stuff. According to their email, they will have exhibitors from camping, hunting, ATV’s, rock climbing, kayaking, and just about everything! Check out ChattanoogaOutdoorsShow.com and go visit Camp Jordan May 8,9, & 10!
As for the GEAR SWAP, it’s personal folks and businesses who have gear to swap, sell, trade, etc. Rock/Creek will be there….so will BOLD/GOLD from the YMCA…..and many folks who are cleaning out closets and garages so they can get more fun gear!! The SWAP is on April 18th at the Gear Closet this year….and followed by a Pint Night to support outdoor programs at Red Bank Elementary School!!
Come join us on the 18th of April from 10 to 4….and beyond!!
Since the Chattanooga Outdoors Show is now on their plate, Outdoor Chattanooga asked us to host the Spring Gear Swap….so if you want to sell your outdoor gear and clothing, get a booth, share a booth! Date is Saturday, April 18th. 10am to 4pm. Set up is from 9am. If you need to bring your vehicle in to off load, get there by 9 since no vehicles will be parking in our yard that day! We will end the day with a pint night benefiting Outdoor programs and nature trail at Red Bank Elementary! Thanks to Rock/Creek for helping!!
Wanted to give a special thanks to all the volunteers that helped us collect Bonnaroo gear!!! The gear pick up was a great success for the store! Hope we can do it again next year!
